"So I had a haircut yesterday and there were a few spots missed so I came back again today. Kayla M, the rotating manager was the one that took care of me and she has won a customer for life. Before I came in I was a little peeved and annoyed, but she basically gave me a new haircut, free MVP washout, and even made some positive suggestions for how to style my hair. Loved it and very appreciative. Go sports clips"

"Never would go there again. They did not do what I wanted, They Did not provide the MVP experience that I was supposed to get. My hair looks terrible, I’m going to other place to fix that. The employees were NOT friendly, customer service wasn’t good, and I felt like a total lack of commitment. They just want money."

"Not impressed. My son needed a haircut for an upcoming wedding. Had to come home and fix a mess of a cut and I am not even licensed to do so. Not blended or cut evenly. Clean store but not very confident in the end result"
