Either commit to online check-in or walk-in only, its incredibly rude to be told that; "You know there's online check-in, now I have to cut your hair and make others wait since you walked in". Work on your customer service, I have had nothing but good experiences here until now, however, this time the one person that had 2 people waiting on them but weren't there was really rude, even if you are rude with a smile, it's still rude. I cannot understand why someone would want that individual to work on their hair. Stop putting your stylists and your customers in awkward positions. If you have scheduled appointments, you shouldn't take a person back, cause then you are rushing their hair cut and mess up. I will probably be going to another location just to avoid a stylist now. Thanks for the awkward experience.
